WHAT TO EXPECT 


At Imagine Events we offer a fully bespoke styling service for weddings and events throughout the UK and Ireland. With over 10 years’ experience of designing the most creative and unique events, you can relax knowing that you are in the best hands with our expert design team. Our full styling package will give you a complete design experience where we will take care of everything from concept and designs, to on the day styling and event completion. 

Whichever option you chose, you will get detailed design meetings throughout and complete transparency with our pricing from day one, meaning there will be no hidden extras or upselling. Our dedicated team will work with you to create your perfect day and provide the most exquisite design elements to make this happen within your budget. 


OUR PRODUCTS 


Our luxury design and event hire options include: Furniture hire, table linens, chair décor, charger plates, gold and silver cutlery, fine glassware, centerpieces, floral displays and installations, backdrops, lighting and much more. We continually add to our extensive range of styling options and if there is something specific that we do not stock, we will either source it or design it ourselves. Nothing is off limits at Imagine and we love exceeding our clients’ expectations to create a timeless event that will be remembered for years to come. 


We have open days at our Derbyshire showroom twice a year which provide a unique opportunity to view in fine detail the beautiful hire options and packages we offer. Our upcoming dates are available on our social media accounts so keep a look out for our next event.


OUR PACKAGES

FULL STYLING


This includes our full design service, hire of all goods and our styling team attending your wedding to set up, design and return after your event to dismantle and collect everything.


Minimum spend of £3,000 for 2022 & 2023

Minimum spend of £5,000 for 2024 onwards

HIRE ONLY


This includes full design service and hire of all goods. You will just collect, set up and return everything yourself.

OUR PAYMENT PLANS

30% of order value on booking

Remaining 70% due 4 weeks before event date

Security deposit - 10% due 4 weeks before event date

*A security deposit will be taken at your final payment date. This will be held by the company in lieu of any damages or losses. The security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned minus any losses (should there be any) within 14 days of your event date.
